After 15 years in environmental health and safety (EHS) and providing 1,120+ ergonomic assessments for Fortune 500 companies including Roche and DuPont. I found consistent and persistent gaps in the way ergonomic assessment are performed. Those gaps became major obstacles that held my team & I back from giving employees better ergonomic experience at home and in the office and efficiently mitigating Workers’ Comp risk.
